A warm, thoughtful space to explore whatever has brought you here.

I'm Farah, an Integrative Counsellor with over ten years' experience supporting children, young people and adults across education, community and frontline services.

My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity and the belief that every person deserves to feel heard, understood and accepted.

My approach

Therapy as a collaborative journey.

I believe therapy should never feel like something that is done to you. Instead, it is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your experiences, develop greater self-awareness and move towards meaningful change.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor our work to your individual needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches rather than relying on a single model. This allows therapy to evolve with you and the challenges you bring, at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

My experience

Alongside my counselling practice, I have spent more than a decade supporting people through some of life's most challenging circumstances.

My background includes mental health and wellbeing in schools, homelessness prevention, crisis intervention, domestic abuse response, safeguarding and trauma-informed support.

Working across these settings has deepened my understanding of how anxiety, trauma, grief, identity, relationship difficulties and life transitions can affect every aspect of a person's wellbeing.
